Is there a replacement filter for Model F-601R?

Also, there are no 220V InSinkErator hot water dispenser available in the U.S. and Canada. The tank's insulation is composed of a thick, heat resistant Styrofoam that both maintains the desired water temperature in the tank and helps to prevent the plastic casing from getting hot (it will be warm to the touch).

Does this actually cool the water?
I’m looking to replace an existing hot water dispenser and it would love to have both hot water and cool drinking water. We love the hot water function and use it all the time, but what’s the advantage of the cool water from this dispenser over regular “tap cold” water?

Delayed/Jump start
We are selling home and home inspector noted a delayed , jump start up. We’ve never noticed this before but did get same result when we tested and listened for it. It does a 1 second hum then starts. Is this part of the reverse grind feature and is normal or is this a problem that needs repair?
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. The delay before starting of less than 1 second is normal. The Evolution Excel incorporates a microprocessor that when the disposer is first switched on, has to be powered up before it can command the disposer to start. This cycle takes approximately a half a second to complete. The microprocessor is the brain of the Jam-Sensor Circuit™, a unique technology that senses when a jam is imminent and automatically engages, reversing the direction of the motor and, if needed, increasing the rotational torque of the motor while simultaneously pulsing to break through the jam. Steamin' Hot H-SH10-SS Instant Hot Water Dispenser and Tank
Is the dispenser supposed to be hot to the touch when not in use?
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. The faucet assembly should not be hot. As for the hot water tank, it would be warm to the touch. As long as the tank is plugged in, it will maintain the temperature of the water based on the Thermostat setting so that the water will be near boiling when dispensed. Steamin' Hot H-SH10-SS Instant Hot Water Dispenser and Tank
Is it normal for the dispenser to dribble steaming hot water periodically throughout the day?
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. A rumbling or gurgling sound is perfectly normal and is simply the tank adjusting to maintain its set temperature. This sound will occur periodically throughout the heating cycle. A 2/3 gallon stainless steel tank has a heating cycle of approximately every 2 hours. Is the inside Stainless Steel??
My current in-sinkerator is rusting out and it has been used a little over a year--I live in Hawaii. Does the Evolution Excel have stainless steel insides to make it more rust resistant?

Chrome removal?
Hello- This will best match my main faucet. However, my faucet is an unlaquared brass. I have found someone that will do chrome removal, however, he said I should confirm that the whole product, including handles, is indeed brass. Is it? Have you heard of anyone removing the chrome from this product? Thank you!

i used the allen wrench and the unit moves freely..any thoughts?not sure how old the unit is and i'm sure I did not register it.
