The Evolution Septic Assist food waste disposer is specifically designed for homes with septic systems.
5-year old disposer is leaking at the bio-charge.
Water is dripping down the bio-charge. I've removed the old bio charge, cleaned all the connection points and replaced with a new bio-charge and it still leaks.

The Extended Sink Flange is required for sinks greater than 3/4" thick. The polished surface of this stainless steel flange will complement most stainless steel sinks. For more information, call the Answer line at 1-800-558-5700.
Note: Use of abrasive cleaning solutions may harm this product's finish.
Is this flange extender compatible with the Badger 500?

This is Jim with InSinkErator. To answer your question; Yes the extended sink flange (for use with sinks that are over 3/4 inch thickness) will work with your Badger 500. The Mounting Assembly is universial to all disposals manufactured by InSinkErator. You should have no problem using this extented flange if necessary.

This is Jim with InSinkErator. If you are going to be plugging your disposer into an outlet under the sink, you will need the power cord kit for the disposer ( I have included the link below). If your disposer is going to be directly wired to a wall switch, no power cord is necessary, The only other accessory that you may consider is a Sink Flange (if you required one other that the stainless steel finished flange that comes included).

a level that is basically non-detectable.

The Quiet Collar Sink Baffle helps reduce disposer noise, prevents food and water from splashing upward and is removable for easy cleaning. Replacing the drain assembly?
I have an older model batch feed insinkerator, it still works very well. I am remodeling and would like to attach it to the new drainless sink. What pieces do I need for a new drain assembly that are compatible with the batch feed assembly? Also if I wanted to take this opportunity to convert it to an air button assembly is that possible and what parts would I need if so?

what's the gpm of this faucet? what's the recommended water filter and heater?

This is Jim with InSinkErator. We do not measure the output of this unit in GPM. Since it deliver near boiling water we measure in cups per hour. Our dispensers can deliver 60 cups per hour of water at 200° F
The only Tank/Heater that our faucets are designed to be compatible with is the InSinkErator Hot Water Tanks.
You can use other filtration systems with our Hot water tank as long at the psi coming out of the the filtration system is 30psi or higher. If you need addtional information about our tanks, faucets and filtration system, please follow the link below, or call our AnswerLine at 800-558-5700.
