Replacement help

We have a model 5-75A that needs replacing. What model can we get?
Hi Mfuge, thanks for reaching out. The model 5-75 is a Badger 5, which we still make. When replacing an older Badger disposer like the 5-75 that has a threaded connection to the discharge opening with a current Badger disposer that has a 2-bolt connection to the discharge opening, check to see if you are using a 90-degree elbow pipe to connect to your plumbing or a straight pipe with a flared edge.

If using a 90-degree elbow pipe, the tailpipe provided with any new Badger disposer should line up with your current plumbing configuration without modification.

If you are using a straight pipe with a flared edge, then you will need a straight pipe with a flared edge that is 5/8 inch longer. If you have other questions, please reach out to us via https://support.insinkerator.com/ap....

Hello, I have had an HC-View and started to see water around the base while using the dispenser.

I believe that the O rings needs to be replaced. Please help with instructions on how to proceed.
Hi Moshe, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear that your unit is leaking. If it's coming from the base of the handle, unfortunately, your faucet will need to be replaced. To help you further, please contact us via https://support.insinkerator.com/ap... with your serial number.

Cam the faucet be turned 180° so the handle is on the left?

Hi Michie2024, thanks for the question. The HOT150 faucet is stationary and can't be turned 180 degrees. If you want a faucet that swivels, you can check out our Indulge Series faucets here: http://tinyurl.com/3ajvk8bu.

Can the Hot 250 water outlet tube with the quick connector be shortened

Hi, thanks for asking. Yes, it can be shortened. When cutting plastic tubing, care must be taken to remove all burrs that may harm the quick-connect fittings. Avoid sharp bends, leave extra lengths for ease of servicing, then cut the tubing to the desired lengths.

Faucet servicing

Are the hot/cold faucets serviceable? ie, do you sell the cartridges or valves for the handles if/when they wear out?
Hi Brian1234, thanks for reaching out! The only part of a hot water dispenser that is replaceable is the aerator. No other parts are sold separately and are not designed to be replaced. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us via https://support.insinkerator.com/ap...

Where is reset button

Serial number 23101267702
Hi Delano, thanks for reaching out. The model Power .75 doesn't have a reset button. It is equipped with an automatic overload switch. If the disposer is controlled by a wall switch, turn off the switch and allow the disposer to cool for a period of up to 20 minutes before turning it back on. If the disposer is controlled by a push-button air switch, turn it off and unplug it for a period of up to 20 minutes before plugging it back in.

Replacement size of rubber splash guard

What is the size of the rubber splash guards that would fit into the badger5 1/2 insinkerator model?
Hi KellMarl, thanks for the question. The one you should get for the Badger model is the Standard Mounting Gasket (https://insinkerator.emerson.com/en...).
