Versatile, dual-position stopper lets water and small food particles "in" the disposer, but keeps silverware and other objects "out". The stopper closes tightly for use as a conventional sink stopper. This Polished Stainless Steel stopper will complement most stainless steel sinks.

Had one just like this for years - even kept it when changed disposals rather than the plastic one that came with new disposal. I like it as lets water drain, but, keeps things from getting in disposal.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Available only from InSinkErator, the "Twist-On, Twist-Off" Quick Lock design helps ensure fast and easy replacement of existing disposer mounts. This Polished Stainless Steel InSinkErator sink flange will complement most Stainless Steel sinks. The mounting collar configuration is a trademark of Emerson Electric Co.
