I first purchased my Insinkerator Instahot 15 years ago. Yes I have replaced 2 tanks and 3 handle assemblies. Warranty service has been very helpful. Even with the parts I have purchased, my cost for the use of this appliance has only been about $70 per year (my refrigerator $330 per year). I believe $70 per year is well worth the convenience of this appliance and would recommend it to a friend.

Consleakey faucet
We have become spoiled and couldn't imagine living without this product. But we have had to replace the handle assembly 3 times soon after the warranty expired. They say there is no way to repair a leaky faucet so we have accepted that every 3 1/2 years we will have to pay about two thirds the cost of a new unit to replace the handles. Just the cost of enjoying this unit.

Our unit is 5 years and one day old, cold water only. Hot was sputtering, now none at all. Can I flush it? I assume hard water has fouled it up.
Call the company and plead your case, sometimes a week or two over the warranty is waived. You can unplug and remove all parts and try to fill everything full of vinegar and dissolve buildup solids.

ARE THE SPOUTS OF GN1100SN REPLACEABLE
I NEED A SHORT SPOUT, this unite is to tall for the sink. Can I replace it with a lower spout? I have a very deep 36inch sink, a shorter one would look much better for this situation. Time is of the essence, stone top being cut on Tuesday. need to be sure It can be replaced, with shorter spout in satin nickel, Thank you Annie Laura
I don't believe the high hooked spout comes in a shorter version. I do think they make a shorter hot only handle that looks more like a faucet. Call them.

My HC1100 has water seeping from the top of the cold water handle where it pivots. Can this be repaired? Or does the entire unit need to be replaced?
This handle has no replacement parts. Check your warranty and purchase receipt or purchase a new handle online.

I broke blue tube inlet by accident when I removed the old tank. Am I able to replace the blue tube and where to get this part?
I don't believe"" parts" are available. I would go to a hobby store where you can find some small brass tubing that you could force in the tubing then cut off about 1 inch, and force the other end on. If this fits tight enough you won't have to search out some mini hose clamps. Good luck

the screen has been lost from the faucet head. Is there a replacement head available

You should be able to purchase a standard stainless steel screen at any hardware store and trim it with heavy scissors to fit this unit.
