My earlier about 4 years old hot and cold dispenser from Insinkaerator broke itself failing to deliver the hot water but not cold water. Had to replace so I found the Insinkaerator dispenser to be still the best on the market since I did took the broken dispenser part apart and found very impressive of its quality parts and designed. So I still have a faith to buy it again hoping its will last longer with better quality than my earlier product. So my wife and I were very happy to use the new one for two months so far.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The InSinkErator Mounting Gasket Kit includes two replacement sink gaskets to be used in conjunction with specific InSinkErator disposer models. Refer to the included installation instructions for quick and easy gasket replacement. Not for use with Evolution Series and E606 disposers.
Will it fit my model CGWD93 (QKG02)?

Can water temperature be adjusted?
Yes. Its control switch is located in the front of the box and can adjust at anytime. Hope this helps.

do you have a hose extension kit / recommendation? my disposal is in the way and supplied hoses are too short
I think you wlll need to contact its customer service phone line or you may need to buy supplies from your local hardware store.

With the View and Wave models, does the cold handle stay on until you take your hand off handle, or is it spring-loaded (like the older models)?

Does RO water void warranty?
If using reverse osmosis filtration before instant hot water system void the warranty?

No I don't think so. I have my water filter system before the dispenser so the water flow is slower than without water filter system and I have no problem with the dispenser performance at all. Hope this helps.

How Long Does it take the Water tank to heat the water to 200 degrees.?
If I were to Leave the unit off, once I turn it on (rarely used outdoor Bathroom);
1) How many degrees/minute does it take to heat to 200 degrees?,
2) If outside temp. is 90 degrees, how long will it take the tank to heat to 200 degrees?,
3) If outside temp. is 72 degrees, , how long will it take the tank to heat to 200 degrees.?,
4) If Outside temp. is 45 degrees , how long will it take the tank to heat to 200 degrees?

I think you can find that in its manual handbook as I have seen it before. It is very rapidly heating up (actually, it preheat inside the box before you turn the faucet on) so It came out extremely hot water within 1 to 2 seconds regardless the cold water temperature incoming from your house. Hope this helps.

How cold does the water get? Does it actively cool water?
No, just incoming cool water line from your house. In winter, its cold. In summer, its cool. Hope this helps.

Can anybody tell me what kind of plastic the tubing from the heater to the faucet is made from?
I'm trying to evaluate risk of it leaching into the water. I see mention of polyethylene tubing. Is that PET, HDPE, etc? Are all the tubes the same material? I'm most interested in the hot water tube since that would have the highest leaching risk.
I am a chemist in background and do not see this coming to an issue. I understand your sensitive but the flexible tube is more like silicone tube which withstand hot water temperature very well. and the tube is very short between box and faucet. If you used copper tube then the problem is it will loose its heat very rapidly as it travels and you will need a little higher heating setting (cost more energy and its cost). Hope this helps.

Does this dispenser have a reset button on it?
My dispenser stopped giving hot water and I just wondered if there was a reset button in case something tripped it off
How old is it? Does its cold water working? If its old, then it could be the water dispenser clogging up so it may need to take the part off and reclean and use new rubber rings if needed and put them together and see if it works. if it flows finely but no hot water using higher temperature setting then it may need a replacement (use dispenser only, not both faucet and dispenser if faucet is working fine). Hope this helps.

Does the unit FILTER the COLD water line as well as the HOT?
No. I used a separated assembly systems using water filter system before the hot/cold water dispenser. very simple set up and installation.

Can water temperature be adjusted?
yes it has black switch level on the front side of dispenser box that you can adjust it anytime.
